Dreams and Goals

We thought about which breathing/calming exercises work best for us. We used them during our ‘calm me’ time.

Some of us even came up with our own.

Tilly suggested we gently stoke the side of our face with our eyes closed. It was so calming and our classroom was the perfect, peaceful place to calm our thoughts.

We thought about who encourages and supports us to achieve our dreams and goals,

Arthur said he wanted to be a pianist. His family encourage him and so does his piano teacher. What a fabulous answer, Arthur! So reflective.
